Croissant’s Owner, Heidi Vukov, spent hours in her grandmother’s kitchen in Germany, where European bakeries inspired her love for cooking. Since 1995, many loyal patrons have enjoyed Croissant’s truly unique creations here in the heart of Myrtle Beach.
Chef Bradley Daniels has a unique way of infusing southern comfort food with more eclectic dishes including his version of shrimp and grits and fennel seed encrusted lamb. Chef Daniels is committed to utilizing fresh, local ingredients when the season permits including grouper from Murrells Inlet, shrimp from Little River, and clams and crabs from Bulls Bay in addition to cheese from Worley Farms and squash and tomatoes from the Thompson Farm as well as many other local vendors.
